The form collects a name, email, company details, selected service, budget range and project description to respond to enquiries. Data is kept in the website’s protected CRM; email notifications contain only the enquiry ID. Processing supports responding to enquiries and carrying out an agreed project.

If a project does not start, the enquiry is deleted 90 days after the last contact. For an active project, data is kept until the work is accepted and deleted during the next daily cleanup. Encrypted backups are deleted within 14 days. Please do not submit special categories of personal data.
